Why can't I edit a user's permissions?

You may have only limited access to other users profiles. Based on the permission of your profile, you may or may not be able to edit the permissions of other users. The system administrator always has permission to edit all user's permissions. If you require the ability to edit the jobs and permissions of other users, contact your system administrator.
