Device Average MOS

The Device Average MOS module on the Dashboard tab displays the mean opinion score (MOS) for each device for 1, 12, and 24-hour time periods. Only the devices with voice quality monitoring (VQM) will have a value for this module. The Refresh rate can also be changed from 30 seconds to 1 or 5 minutes. The options settings are available by selecting the wrench in the lower right corner of the module. After making changes to the options, select the wrench again to return to the status view.
