Ignore Devices

The Ignore Devices selection of the Settings menu provides a dialog box to specify a serial numbers for specific devices on the network to ignore. Once a device is added to the list, it is ignored every time n-Command® MSP updates until it is removed from the list. To add a device to the Ignore Devices list, use the following steps:

1. Select New from the dialog box.

2. Enter the serial number, adding any comments as necessary.

3. Select Save.
